Bookings & Payment Policy:
When a booking is agreed,
advance payment via bank transfer required
to keep the booking.
Reschedule & Cancellation Policy:
At least 6 hours notice prior booking time is required to either reschedule or even cancel the appointment, otherwise booking payment wont be refunded.

✔ Clients home service: Please note that Melanie treatments are for Ladies only, unless recommended by an other long time client.
✔ Massage table transportation: Melanie can carry the massage table up/downstairs only up to one floor, and only if the stairs are wide and safe.
✔ Right to refuse service: The therapists reserves the right to decline a booking if the treatment is not suitable or safe for the client or the therapist.
✔ Zero tolerance policy: Any malicious, inappropriate, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. In such cases, any advance payments or deposits will be forfeited.
